To be a genuine communicator it’s important to mean what you say. Check in with your heart before you speak to make sure that your words are in alignment with how you really feel.
Do what you say you will do. Every time you fail to follow through with a commitment, you are chipping away at your integrity and authenticity.
Authenticity is being true to your higher self. Take the time to be still and ask your spirit for guidance and direction.
The end of the year is the perfect time for a life review. Look back over 2016 with the intention of getting clear about how you will be more authentic in 2017.
What are your real values? When you know what you value most in life, and live as though your values really matter, then you will be living authentically.
Practice authenticity by expressing how you really feel, speaking up for yourself, and standing up for what you believe.
Read the labels on packaged foods. If there are words you can’t pronounce or ingredients that are unrecognizable, then this is not real food. Eat mostly whole foods that come from the Earth to support your authenticity.
